The employees were friendly, professional and ordering was fast...but that is where the fast service ended. We waiting over 30 min for our food. We ordered around 2:20 and received the food almost at 3. This location seems busy/steady stream of customers. The food came out hot, flavor was ok to me. Food: Always spot on whether it is its freshness, taste, texture, and anything else it always seems to be just right. Wait time can vary but overall not bad. Service: Cashiers are always very nice and patient; they even offer recommendations upon request. Also, the manager especially is very generous and helpful. Ambiance: Very clean, doesn't seem to have food on the floor and has tons of space and chairs if it does seem to be packed. Not to mention, the music and people talking noses the place very lively.

Food was as great as it's hyped up to be. Lobby was full when we got there but they got everyone served in a timely manner!

Family came in my workplace, making a special trip all the way from new Iberia just to go to Dave's hot chicken. I've never heard of it until then, but they were all excited about it because it's all over TikTok. Basically a step up from raising Cane's, they said. I agree it was a step up. Great atmosphere. After visiting for the first time, I can definitely see why this place gets so much hype! There's plenty of seating available, though the crowd can make it a little tricky to snag a spot at times. The chicken and fries are packed with flavor, and they offer different spice levels to suit everyone's taste. The only drawback was the wait time. I ended up waiting about 40-50 minutes for my order, and this wasn't even during peak lunchtime. Overall, great food and atmosphere, but just be prepared for longer wait times!
Try to add more flavor to chicken the hot chicken if filled with spice and flavor the Mac n cheese is alright when it comes down to the mild there is not a lot of flavor the customer service is great tho will definitely be eating here again
Customer service was very friendly and made sure to check in. Quick to get food out, and I enjoy the vibration system to help notify when food is ready. Only thing I'd say is to bring their chicken over the top, they should SEASON it before frying!! And even throw some seasoning on top after lol. It's cooked well, it just lacks flavor. Overall, it has a great atmosphere and food is still pretty good as well.
