Gave Dave's a try today and was not disappointed. The chicken came out extremely fresh, juicy, and tasty. I tried the Medium and it was plenty of spice (just warm, not hot) with great flavor. I often judge chicken places on the slaw, and the kale slaw did not disappoint. Fries were mediocre, but then again, I really did not go there to fill up on potatoes. We came here for our son's birthday weekend and it's definitely an experience. We ordered and waited about 30-40 minutes for the food (4 meals). The food does come out super fresh and it's pretty high quality chicken. We all got the medium which has a great flavor. It's heavy on the chili/paprika flavor, this is a West Coast chain so it's not the Louisiana spicy chicken we're used to, still really good just different. The food was amazing as Dave's usually is. The inside was decorated in a lovely artistic way. The staff needed a little help organizing and communicating with the crowd of patrons. It was a bit chaotic which lead to the wait time being a bit long. I understand they just opened up within the last month so hopefully they can work the kinks out soon.

I understand that this place just opened so there's some grace with having to wait. However my food was not hot so I don't understand what the long wait was for. I got the mild chicken as I didn't want too much spicy, despite not being hot there was a crunch to it and the chicken tenders were a nice size. The real deal! Food was delicious, came out quick, and the staff was so friendly. The reaper level is NOT a gimmick, get one of those killer shakes if you're gonna attempt it.

The tender-sliders are huge and very good. I got them "hot" and I also got one tender, reaper level, just to try it. Both are very good, but I liked the hot better. My only complaint is the dining room experience. It's cramped, hectic. It definitely made me a believer in ordering online for pickup next time. Take the advice, just use their app.

New to town but it's good. Had a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Good service too friendly. Got the two slider meal. The hot wasn't bad at all. Well seasoned tenders. Big tenders as well, two will fill you up. Def worth a try

It's all about the PICKLES, yall! Such a great meal at this Dave's. Hot is the only flavor for me and it didn't disappoint! Dip your fries in the Dave's sauce, it is way too good and I'm glad we were only in town for a visit or I might need to start buying bigger clothes. Service was just as fantastic. Despite it being busy, they really came through with quick food times and friendly staff. Clean space, well stocked, no greasy smells. Tasty! We had the #1 combo (tenders) with kale slaw and the #2 combo with fries. One was "mild spice" (one up from the bottom) and one was "hot" (about in the middle). Tip: "hot" is plenty unless you're just into spice for spice's sake. The only thing preventing five stars is the wait times (both to get in and to get your food after ordering), but hopefully that will settle down in the near future.
