The real deal! Food was delicious, came out quick, and the staff was so friendly. The reaper level is NOT a gimmick, get one of those killer shakes if you're gonna attempt it.

The tender-sliders are huge and very good. I got them "hot" and I also got one tender, reaper level, just to try it. Both are very good, but I liked the hot better. My only complaint is the dining room experience. It's cramped, hectic. It definitely made me a believer in ordering online for pickup next time. Take the advice, just use their app.

New to town but it's good. Had a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Good service too friendly. Got the two slider meal. The hot wasn't bad at all. Well seasoned tenders. Big tenders as well, two will fill you up. Def worth a try

It's all about the PICKLES, yall! Such a great meal at this Dave's. Hot is the only flavor for me and it didn't disappoint! Dip your fries in the Dave's sauce, it is way too good and I'm glad we were only in town for a visit or I might need to start buying bigger clothes. Service was just as fantastic. Despite it being busy, they really came through with quick food times and friendly staff. Clean space, well stocked, no greasy smells. Tasty! We had the #1 combo (tenders) with kale slaw and the #2 combo with fries. One was "mild spice" (one up from the bottom) and one was "hot" (about in the middle). Tip: "hot" is plenty unless you're just into spice for spice's sake. The only thing preventing five stars is the wait times (both to get in and to get your food after ordering), but hopefully that will settle down in the near future.

I ordered the Chicken Slider combo in a medium and hot spice level with extra Dave's sauce and honey (a must). I also ordered a plain vanilla shake which made me think of the ice cream in a cup served at school so tasted nostalgic to me. I ordered fries with my combo and a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was ok, very little seasoning or salt, lots of cheesy sauce, so definitely not dry. The chicken sliders were delicious, and a part of me wanted more slaw to taste on it. Opening evening at Dave's Hot Chicken in Baton Rouge was a scene--crowds of people flooding in, yet the staff handled it like pros. We took the boys to check out this new spot near LSU campus, and it didn't disappoint. The friendly team nailed our order: slider tender combo and nuggets in hot and mild.
