Unexpectedly spectacular hot fried breaded chicken from a place that started as a night time food stall in 2017. Built into where the Five Guys once was, I wasn't expecting the food to be superficially similar to Raising Cane's, nor for it to taste as good as it did. There was a long line when we arrived at 2:45 on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to order at the counter fairly quickly and waited about 10-15 minutes to go pick up our food at the counter. The chicken was fresh, but neither of us were that impressed by the flavor. I got mild and my husband got medium. Maybe it's better if you want spicier versions. Gave Dave's Chesterfield a try after having a not so great experience in Kansas city. Spoiler alert, it wasn't any better here. It's not that Dave's is terrible, just that it is incredibly overrated, and way too expensive for what you get. The Good... Chicken bites were cooked fresh! One of the best chicken sandwiches/sliders I've had! I tried Mild & Medium on the sliders and both were amazing! The freshness, flavor and the Dave's sauce with it makes it even better! The fries are also perfectly seasoned!

Food - Absolutely delicious. No complaints there. Service/Ambiance - Well... where do I start? We got in line and before we could even place our order, a staff member marched in front of us with trash bags, stared us down for several seconds (felt like an eternity), and then barked at my husband and me to confirm if we were together. I honesty don't understand what the fuss is about. It was okay, not great. They have a great business model though. One item, with variation only of the heat.

Unless you do spicy food challenges, don't play around with the reaper. Fast and friendly service, but I did visit when they weren't busy. Decore is...modern? I took mine to go buy they have a good space for dine in.
