The chicken was delicious. I bought for my staff and tried no spice, mild, and medium. All were cooked well in a timely fashion. The fries were super good too, I would always go for extra seasoning! Even the pickles on the side were great! The interior was clean and they were very busy!

This is just as good as the one's in LA! Low wait times, even during the grand opening with a line going around the building.

Finally tried Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time and honestly did not feel it was worth the hype. I think this is really just geared for people that just want to try the hottest chicken possible without appreciation for flavor. The service was great, the people very friendly and more than willing to talk you through the menu, the restaurant was clean and ambiance was nice, but for me the food is the most important thing when going out to eat. The chicken tender itself was great but the seasoning was awful. It gave me such bad indigestion, I had the mild level for reference. Maybe I just don't like the powder seasoning. Not sure but I would definitely not be going back for that.

Arrived at my second visit to this restaurant to find an employee in uniform eating her meal outside near the door while engaging in a loud, profanity laced conversation. Not something I would want my kids to hear / see. The employee who took my order was very unenthusiastic and seemed very unhappy. Checked out Dave's Hot Chicken on a Thursday night around 10pm with the BF. Was headed to Popeye's but decided to see what all the social media hype was about. I'd suggest going late during the week to avoid the extreme lines. We still stood in line but the line wasn't out the door and we were also able to grab a parking spot closer to the door. Don't understand the hype. Gotten it twice now with 3 spice levels. So expensive it ruins it all. Portion is small for that price. Fries are mediocre. The chicken just was sub par and my entire group was like wth is this? It's normal tenders with subpar seasoning for $20 a meal average after tax.

This place is extremely overrated. Chicken was dry, fries were plain, and sauce is blah. The meals don't come with drinks, you have to order them separately. As well as, the cashier was talking on her apple watch while taking our order. If you're craving chicken, save your time and money and just go to Canes. Atleast I can say i've been, but I will not be back.

Food was subpar and somewhat warm. Mac and Cheese was mid top loaded fries were chewy. Slushy was watery and the soda was flat... only thing that saved this near $60 feast was the Dave's #2. The cashier's attitude towards her own coworkers was crash out level. Spazzing out left and right.
