Whoever does the staffing here should be fired immediately. I don't know where they found these employees but they're all insanely terrible. I don't usually do reviews but they definitely got me MESSED UP! I just went there tonight got a mild tender a medium slider and my medium slider was undercooked slimy flavor was not it. I don't understand why their food is like that customer service really sucks. So freakin slow. Absolutely nobody in line and empty store and my order took over 20 mins. Workers in the back just chatting and laughing. Food was alright but that wait will take me back to the San Bernardino location and keep me from coming back.

Overrated & mediocre. Took awhile to get my food which is understandable due to the fact that it's friedchicken but, my strawberry lemonade was unsweetened & the service was blahhh. I chose to get the non-spicy version, which literally was very bland and no seasoning. The cheese tasted as if it came out of plastic bag. It'd be best if I used a better quality cheese.

I'm usually not one to leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience here. I ordered my food at 1:42 PM and didn't receive it until 2:19 PM. I was standing there the entire time and was never acknowledged by the manager. They continued calling order numbers after mine, so I finally went up to ask about my order, only to be told it still wasn't ready. The lack of communication and concern was frustrating and made the wait feel even longer. Very disappointing experience.

We were excited to see this place open. The service sucked. Disrespectful young adults .had to over pay for some ranch dressing. Took about half hour to get our food it was over deep fried fir being mild. And overseasoned. We left. Only eating half of one strip. Nasty

I ordered the 2 sliders meal and waited 35 mins and nothing watched people come in order eat and leave so went up and asked they say that they must have given it to wrong person but would remake waited another 20 mins and nothing so we got a refund but at that time the food wasdone and they just thru it out cause they gave us a refund bad service won't go again

The man at the register got our order wrong and refused to remake it or give us a refund. The loud music made it clear he couldn't hear because I could barely hear him talk to begin with. A manager came out and told us that he repeated his order back to us when he didn't and actually asked a question about a show. She told us to she'd remake the food but gave us a difficult time basically blaming us for not telling them the correct order when I said loud and clear what I didn't want on the food.

I visited Dave's Hot Chicken in Highland, CA tonight and placed my order at 9:46 PM with Dayana. From the start, I felt rushed at the register even though there was no one behind me. About one to one-and-a-half minutes after placing my order, I went back to the counter to ask if I could cancel the chicken strip and switch to the 10-bite meal.
