Yessenia Helped us today, she went over the whole menu with us and was very attentive and helpful, and answered all of our questions. this was our first time here and it was better than Hattie B's in Nashville.!

We never had Dave's Hot Chicken. We were able to order online a big plus. The food was very tasty. The only set back was that we ordered two Mac & Cheese but only got one. Not a big deal my wife and I shared. I will go back, next time I'll check my order.

Service is always trash here at this daves, I delivered for another one and the cashier makes conversation and even offered me a drink. Here they always look like they hate me and today the lady overfilled customer shake and doesn't even wipe off the side which is standard practice then it inevitably spills out the top onto my car floor. Do better. My bad for not demanding a remake I guess as a worthless delivery driver. Was really looking forward to trying this place after seeing all the social media hype but was sadly disappointed. There was just no flavor, and the "hot" had no heat. It was strange because although everything had no flavor, that same no flavor permeated everything. Raisin Canes and Chic fil A are both better. Love the pickles and the service was great, with the guy at the register taking the time to explain the menu to us.

Never have I willingly went to Dave's Hot Chicken. This is because every time I've been there I've gotten preselected by the gods to undergo some sort of food poisoning trial where I lose $20 the food wasn't that good and I regret not doing it at chipotle where at least they give me some healthy fiber before clearing my insides out with a pressure washer. There is no wining or dining you're just getting f*cked.

One comment: Add to your menu - the Reaper Chicken Sandwich. You MUST say CAROLINA Reaper. Then we know immediately that you're using that inedible pepper. You may be looking at some legal problems if you don't?

Had the cauliflower substitute for the Lenten season.. A M A Z I N G!!! Honestly, couldn't really tell the difference.. Perfect texture and flavor! The location is fairly new and the location is immaculate.. Ordering is so convenient with the Kiosks and they also offer a full service counter... If you're not hankering for chicken, there's a Habit next door.. Also a Chipotle, Waba Grill, Subway and Norm's....

I was really looking forward to trying this place because of all the good reviews, but I was a little disappointed with my visit. The staff seemed a bit impatient, but they might have just been busy. From ordering to receiving the food took about 10 minutes, which was fast, but unfortunately the food was already cold. I ordered two "1 slider + 1 tender" combos.
