Food is great however anytime I do a mobile order they always mess it up, never separate the sandwiches with the heat levels, add cheese to the wrong sandwich, don't add sauce to the right ones leaving them dry. My store does not have a drive through which mobile order is suppose to make it easier ands more of a hassle unfortunately

Guy at front counter made it difficult to get 2 extra honey packets. I've worked fast food it's not hard especially working front counter. I had to ask over and over. Rude for no reason. definitely not coming back to this location

Cashier was super rude when I came to pick up my online order, I asked for extra Dave sauce and she threw it into my bag and only 1 made it into the bag and the rest fell on to the floor. Not cool

Dined in. Fries were cold and limp. The tenders were flat like a thin chicken cutlet and had more breading than chicken. Because the chicken was so thin, it was dry and stringy. Overall, disappointed. The sauce was good

I don't think it's okay for this to happen I placed my order at 4:43pm and arrived 5 the place was empty and this is how I got my nuggets all black and taste nasty.

What a load of crap. Drove 25 mins with my family to find out that they are not validating the free slider. We usually get more than 1 slider we get a whole family meal but yet they didn't honor the promotion. Last time we will come regardless..

Today was my first and last time trying Dave's Hot Chicken. We ordered a #3 (foreshadowed number for later guys) which was a tender and a slider with fries. I was severely disappointed by this entire experience. The inside was fairly new and we received our food pretty quickly; no complaints there really. But when it came down to the actual food... let me tell you you're better off flushing $20 down the toilet than spending it here. First thing I noticed about the meal was 3 hairs.
