I regret to inform you that I would have rated your establishment with five stars due to the excellent service provided. However, the requirement to place orders online without receiving a specific pickup time resulted in my food being served cold when I arrived promptly. If i could give 0 stars i would! Our food was definitely not fresh.. our popcorn chicken and fries were refried from what we can tell and taste! I got 2 orders of their crowd mini sliders and they were sooo sloppy we couldn't tell a difference!! To top it off tonight i too a bite of one of our sliders and found this plastic tie within!! This was over $300 of food and we were very disappointed! We will definitely not be back EVER!! The mills it is!

July 8,2025 I was so disappointed with place the customer service was very poorly on top of that the music was so loud I couldn't hear what he young women were saying. I had to keep asking her to repeat her self because I could not here her. I'm a professional chef and to me the food was terrible lots of salty seasoning packed on the fries. Worst Dave's I've visited. I've gone twice and twice they take a long time to prepare my meal and they make it incorrectly. Today I waited for a long period of time and they still made my meal incorrectly, unfortunately I did not have enough time for me to address this in person but I definitely won't be going back to this location. Service is always trash here at this daves, I delivered for another one and the cashier makes conversation and even offered me a drink. Here they always look like they hate me and today the lady overfilled customer shake and doesn't even wipe off the side which is standard practice then it inevitably spills out the top onto my car floor. Do better. My bad for not demanding a remake I guess as a worthless delivery driver. Was really looking forward to trying this place after seeing all the social media hype but was sadly disappointed. There was just no flavor, and the "hot" had no heat. It was strange because although everything had no flavor, that same no flavor permeated everything. Raisin Canes and Chic fil A are both better. Love the pickles and the service was great, with the guy at the register taking the time to explain the menu to us.
