Son and I hit the grand opening on Halloween Day. We wanted to try a variety of flavors, so we ordered a 10 piece bites (hot), a #4 combo (mild) and a #2 combo (Reaper). We also got a vanilla and strawberry shake. I can handle pretty spicy food, so I was looking forward to the Reaper (had to sign a waiver before ordering). Worst experience i have had in a while. First, the place was dirty, unorganized and chaotic. We had to wait 57 minutes for our food. So not worth it. Seemed to be cold or not cooked completely. Fries were not fresh. Community fountain drink dispenser was dirty, and kids were playing with it. Looking into the My next place to report this horrid place to is health department. Don't go here. Unless your health is not an issue.

i asked for no buffalo sauce on these loaded fries and they added extra. The customer service was awful and the tables was extremely dirty we had to ask them to clean them as there was no napkins

Went to pick up my food at the time the email said it would be ready, asked to wait 5 min. No big deal, we sat at a table. All the tables were filthy, garbage on the ground. Place was definitely not that busy. Waited another 15 min for food to come out. Milkshakes and slushes were sitting in the fridge completely melted. Food was COLD and WRONG. Over priced oily tasteless chicken. Cold Mac N Cheese. They forgot the chicken on one of our meals after waiting an extra 20 minutes for it. The restaurant is thrashed and not taken care of. It's loud and echoey inside. All in all, I wouldn't come back again. $85 for a family of four and the food was cold and not as ordered.

I was really excited to go with my son and spend some bonding time. He told me, "Dad, take me to Dave's Hot Chicken -- it's really good. You won't regret it."
