This crap took forever and my chicken wasnt overcooked and not fresh and i got cheese fries... not only there was no cheese... these fries look like they threw them at someone then put them in my plate, waste of almost $20 for what???

Very poorly managed and poor service. Today waited almost 40 minutes for one sandwich and fries. Last visit about 5-6 weeks ago we waited almost an hour. I've been to a few different Dave's and wait times are consistently 10-15 minutes, maybe 20 tops. I understand this place is still relatively new but management should know this and wake the heck up. I'm about done with this spot. Which is sad because I love the food. Hey I guess it'll help with others wait times. What a joke.

Welp, I would say this could be the worst Dave's location I've been to. It was busy on a Saturday evening so I'll take that into account but my food took 45 minutes to come out... that's pretty long considering it's fast food kinda. If I were to go to a sit dine in restaurant, I'd go somewhere else for that lol Anyways, the food was mid. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had a Dave's hot chicken ever, I usually don't leave bad reviews because I work in currently work in food service and understand the significance of reviews on a business/franchise. But the customer service I've experienced at this location was the worst I've ever experienced ever. For starters, before I even walked in I noticed that they had shut off doordash early, which usually isn't normal. The food was amazing as always. However, the customer service was horrible!!! I usually never have any issues with this location but there is this one manger who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would rather take my business somewhere else just because of the way me and my family were treated here.

Went inside to place a to go order. The cashier was struggling and added items that I did not order. Luckily I caught it before paying. There was only one person ahead of me and the seating area was not that busy. It took 30 minutes for them to call my order. The guy ahead of me kept asking the workers what the hold up was and they kept saying they were busy. We received our food and it was subpar. The "saucy" bites were dry. Came in here last week and had an experience I've never experienced yet... I was extremely excited to try this new location, I usually go to the one in Dublin (yes I will definitely make the drive for some Dave's). Horrible customer service they are handing wrong orders to everyone. Gave my order away lied and told me it was cold so they were remaking it. I asked for bbq sauce and they charge $1.60 even after giving away my order. 50 people working and can't even figure it out. Canceled my order and left.
