Went inside to place a to go order. The cashier was struggling and added items that I did not order. Luckily I caught it before paying. There was only one person ahead of me and the seating area was not that busy. It took 30 minutes for them to call my order. The guy ahead of me kept asking the workers what the hold up was and they kept saying they were busy. We received our food and it was subpar. The "saucy" bites were dry. Came in here last week and had an experience I've never experienced yet... I was extremely excited to try this new location, I usually go to the one in Dublin (yes I will definitely make the drive for some Dave's). So needless to say I was looking forward to this new opening. As soon as I walked inside the establishment the first thing I noticed was the fact that there were some flies around. Horrible customer service they are handing wrong orders to everyone. Gave my order away lied and told me it was cold so they were remaking it. I asked for bbq sauce and they charge $1.60 even after giving away my order. 50 people working and can't even figure it out. Canceled my order and left.

The seasoning of the chicken is horrible, severely disappointed. Overhyped in my opinion.

So my family and I decided to try Dave's. We were so excited to try it but were sorely disappointed. The heat on the chicken was fine but it's the type of seasoning on the chicken that I thought was awful. The fries were meh and the soupy mac and cheese had no flavor. And what's up with the milkshake machine already out of order! You literally just opened last week. SMH I immediately went to Popeye's to help dissipate the taste from Dave's chicken.
