I typically do not write reviews but this was a terrible experience. Placed an app order which was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived on time but had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Employees looked miserable and overworked. Saw multiple customers leave after being told that the wait is more than an hour. Chicken was ok. Not worth wasting 30 minutes standing around in a chaotic restaurant. Do not understand why it takes so long for fried chicken strips. Everytime I go here this is what my pieces of chicken look like compared to my husbands. Every single time. This doesn't even look like a piece of chicken. The three people with me, great looking chicken, mine, a small pile of inedible garbage. The only thing I can come up with is I order without spice, so apparently I get the worst piece of "chicken" in the kitchen. Every single time

Chicken was ok but not worth 70 dollars (after paying for tap water) to feed a family of four, 3 orders of two tenders and one slider. The Mac and cheese was ice cold and after the second one came out cold also we gave up on that. Also no water cups, you will pay three dollars for a small glass of tap water. Curiosity about this place answered and won't be back

First time at Dave's Hot Chicken in Redmond. After waiting 25 min. for my order of 1 tender and 1 kale slaw, I complained, the manager was called, he refunded my $8.82 payment with NO apology or offer to comp the meager order. Just as well for my health, the food I saw served is fat and cholesterol loaded! First and last visit for me.

This review is purely based on the fact that water cups are not offered at this location despite the drink fountain offering water as a selection. I was politely invited to purchase water.

30-40 min wait and they just opened. Understaffed or slow, don't know what's going on but need to be better prepared. If there's a huge order, need to be prepared to take that order and still fulfill the people that are in line or online ordered. What is management doing? Never again

I heard about this place and decided to try it, so I drove all the way from Lynnwood to the Redmond location. When I arrived, the restaurant was very difficult to find. I walked around for about 10 minutes before finally locating it. When I went to the counter to pick up my order, I was told that my order had actually been placed at Pike Place. Horrible service. We came at 1 and the wait was 45 minutes for chicken and fires. Came back and pre ordered at 4:15 and then came to pick up the food at 4:30 when they said it was ready and then proceeded to tell us it was an hour behind. The wait for food if you were waiting in line was an hour and a half. Get more staff
