First time ever trying Dave's, drove down from Everett cus I heard so much positive hype about it. Did and online order and picked it up a few minutes before it was due to be ready. I was happy my frozen drink was made fresh when I got there, but when I got back to my car I was disappointed to find all my food was super cold and poor quality. On a Thursday evening I went to order to-go in person (online says closes at 12am). Surprisingly I was rejected upon trying to place an order. With attitude, the elderly cashier told me that they're already closed (as they're actively taking/making online orders). "We closed at 11:45pm. Want to get out on time." Confused I said, "I thought you guys close at 12am?" We came in excited for some hot chicken! The gal that was "helping" us at the counter was extremely rude with huge attitude issues, like we were just an annoyance for her. After we had ordered our food (expensive for what you get), we asked for waters... "we don't give out free water" was the snide and obviously annoyed response! It's always busy and I wouldn't mind that if the place could keep up. It's always dirty and trash is left everywhere. There's even trash out on the sidewalk

More like Dave's Not Hot Chicken. I have a pretty decent spice tolerance and typically go to the cap hill location. I usually order medium spice for a kick and hot if I want a little pain, but the good kind. We were in Redmond for Derby Days so stopped by this location. Ordered a slider and bites, both medium. I asked for a water cup and they flat out refused. Dave's hot chicken has no policy stating this rule. The staff was rude the food was mid at best and the fact they won't even give you a water cup is mind boggling to me

Food is ok, service is severely lacking. Have to always wait way longer than expected for food that is 90% deep fried. Also, great place if you want to be surrounded by a noxious high school kids.

This place took 35 minutes to make a few sliders. That's an insane amount of time. How do they expect to stay in business

Ordered online with a suggested 15 minute pickup time. Arrived 10 minutes later, food was ready, tasted as if it was cooked 30 minutes ago. Luke warm chicken tenders and fries. Tenders lost the majority of their crunch. For the price point and serving size you'd expect their food to at least be somewhat fresh. Should have listened to the reviews.
