Refuse to fix their shake machine or serve shakes for months at this point. Absolutely pathetic that it takes this long to repair a machine when shakes are half of the menu.

They won't give you a cup for water. This is an absolutely stupid policy. They have delicious chicken. I'll update my review if they change their policy.

I've visited the Dave's Hot Chicken in Capitol Hill and so I was thrilled to have a closer location for those on the Eastside. 1st time I had Dave's in Capitol Hill it was super crispy, flavorful, and had a great spice to it. It's not the cheapest fast casual restaurant but I like it so I don't mind the pricing even though it is a bit higher compared to other fast casual food. Ordered takeout last night at 6:20. Reported 6:40 readiness. Arrived at store at 6:30 to wait for it. At 6:45, I asked about my order and was told that there was one in front of it. 10 minutes later, asked again and was told the same thing. I'm really disappointed with the opening. It's already their 4th day, and they're still taking over an hour to serve. Some advice: it would be great if they could develop a more efficient system and invest in more cooking equipment to speed things up. Also the taste is not worth it an Hour Waiting! I prefer Jollibee! Small serving also and size Too small and no proper planning
