They won't give you a cup for water. This is an absolutely stupid policy. They have delicious chicken. I'll update my review if they change their policy.

I've visited the Dave's Hot Chicken in Capitol Hill and so I was thrilled to have a closer location for those on the Eastside. 1st time I had Dave's in Capitol Hill it was super crispy, flavorful, and had a great spice to it. It's not the cheapest fast casual restaurant but I like it so I don't mind the pricing even though it is a bit higher compared to other fast casual food. Ordered takeout last night at 6:20. Reported 6:40 readiness. Arrived at store at 6:30 to wait for it. At 6:45, I asked about my order and was told that there was one in front of it. 10 minutes later, asked again and was told the same thing. Meanwhile, many people who had walked into the store and ordered had received their food and many many orders were completed. I'm really disappointed with the opening. It's already their 4th day, and they're still taking over an hour to serve. Some advice: it would be great if they could develop a more efficient system and invest in more cooking equipment to speed things up. Also the taste is not worth it an Hour Waiting! I prefer Jollibee! Small serving also and size Too small and no proper planning

Got in a small line at 11:20pm and they told me I couldn't get food because it was too late. Drove really far for this. I wish they stated that the line cuts off at a certain time instead of lying and saying it closes at midnight. So disappointed.

Trying to experience this new location and I admit it is nearly impossible to find parking anywhere nearby because there's no dedicated parking that I'm aware of. Don't get me wrong. It's a cool location in downtown Redmond but probably the worst location due to no parking.
