I finally beat the long line and showed up 15 minutes before they opened. I was the second person to order. I ordered the number 1 (two chicken tenders and fries), and a regular chocolate shake. The order took about 10 minutes to show up. The food is just how I remember it in Portland (fresh, decent portions and well flavored). The servers were very friendly and seemed happy to be working. I will be returning and bring some friends.

Went to Dave's yesterday and it was so good I had to come back today for more! I really enjoyed the heat on the fried chicken, much better than the other spots I've tried in Medford. Never been to a Dave's before and happy to learn it's a chain with other locations too. I talked to a few of the workers asking for recommendations and such and they were all very nice. It's so good to finally have a Dave's around here! Merlin was super friendly and cool. The wait was expected since it just opened. The food was hot and delicious when we got it!

Dave's Hot Chicken just opened here in Medford and it did NOT disappoint. The food was amazing super fresh, flavorful, and it came out really quick even though they were busy. Huge shoutout to Lindsey, who was incredibly nice and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. You can tell the staff actually cares. Definitely going to be coming back again

FIRST REVIEW: With a brand new Dave's Hot Chicken now open in Medford, we had to stop in for their Nashville-style, fried, boneless chicken. I love fried chicken and this joint serves up some really good stuff, made from scratch. Overpriced. Gross. Out of certain item we went there to try. They Up charge for dipping sauce, I asked when I ordered to just buy it but was told I did not need to, went to get my food and then was told nope! We charge extra for that. The line at that point was crazy long. Nothing here is worth eating. But hey, the bathroom was clean.

We ordered a flight of saucy bites with fries. The saucy bites came individually in their own containers that leaked all over the other containers and the inside of the bag, and ultimately the outside of the bag The bites (5) were small, literally a bite each and tasted OK although they were covered with the for-mentioned sauce.
