WOW We had a 25+ minute ticket time, and by the time we finally got our food, about two-thirds of the order was ice cold. That was especially disappointing because I used to really enjoy this place back when I lived in California. I personally had a poor experience here. While the chicken was good, the french fries were served lukewarm/cold for my dine-in order. I sent feedback to the restaurant online and received a response that basically just said, "Thank you for letting us know." Given their apparent lack of concern for serving cold french fries, I suppose this is why the fries are served cold. I will avoid this location in the future.

I went there on a weekday evening. The restaurant interior was so miserable that I wouldn't eat there if the food was delicious and free. The lights are blindly bright, the music deafening, and a bunch of people were standing around. There was no obvious line or any apparent system to actually order anything to eat. I turned around and left. Hunger pains are less severe than the pain of being in that dining room!

10 people working/standing around and I have to order myself? Ok got it. So what do they get payed to do? Music so loud I can't hear myself think. And I ordered the fries with macaroni and cheese and chicken on it. The chicken was cold, hardly any Mac and cheese on it. It was awesome the first day it opened. Probably won't come back.

Overpriced. Gross. Out of certain item we went there to try. They Up charge for dipping sauce, I asked when I ordered to just buy it but was told I did not need to, went to get my food and then was told nope! We charge extra for that. The line at that point was crazy long. Nothing here is worth eating. But hey, the bathroom was clean.

We ordered a flight of saucy bites with fries. The saucy bites came individually in their own containers that leaked all over the other containers and the inside of the bag, and ultimately the outside of the bag The bites (5) were small, literally a bite each and tasted OK although they were covered with the for-mentioned sauce. I do not recommend getting them to go. This problem could be easily solved by putting all the chicken in one container and putting the sauces in three separate containers with tight lids. Found blue plastic in the bun of the sliders. Chicken is just ok, has a weird taste. Not sure if it's the oil they are cooking it in or what. Service was great.

Just opened. Arrived at 12:30 for lunch. I counted 25-35 employees running around doing things. I waited 19 minutes for my food. Chicken was luke warm (1 slider, 1 strip, fries). Fries were cold. If you want dark meat go down the street 1 block to KFC. Only white meat (strips) to be had. Cashier didn't even know the difference between white & dark meat and had to go ask a manager.
