This is specifically about the website I tried both the app and their .com website To order online It says there is no store available on Center Drive I called and message said go to website And nobody picked up My loss I guess as not waiting in line...

We were second in line at the grand opening Thursday and there was no gratitude towards us who waited outside in the cold for 2 hours. first time I've had it and it was very unproffesional. Some of the staff looked like crackheads and the people who took our order sounded like A.I Robots. Our milkshake tasted like expired milk with stale fruity pebbles on top.
