Dave Kuhn was excellent. The process can be overwhelming and has certainly changed since the last time I bought a house. Dave and LendSmart are really good at updating you in the process. Working through questions and not making you feel panicked. I really enjoyed the weekly updates via video, the course from Fanny Mae but ultimately the work that Dave did to give us a home! I highly recommend Dave Kuhn and will continue to do so with my friends and family! Great job and THANK YOU!
