His office staff was rude when I called with questions if they had my records and xrays. I pretty sure it's the woman who runs his appointments. I'm glad I cancelled the consult for oral surgery.
He is the most UNHELPFUL doctor I have EVER been to in my life. If I could give this zero stars I would. When having discomfort and pain, he would say everything is fine. He was also terrible at explaining my treatment plan. I also had my x-rays done in a literal closet. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor!!
Beware! I visited Dr. David Mueller for a consultation regarding TMJ. I had never seen this doctor before in my life, and I only saw him for 1 visit/consult. Be careful and beware...this doctor will let you think he can treat your TMJ with a specially designed night guard that only he can produce. Your insurance company will be contacted for an estimate for the night guard and then you will be ordered to complete a psychiatric evaluation before proceeding any further. We were seeing Dr. Mueller for my minor daughter's TMJ and Wisdom teeth extraction. He and his staff were inappropriate and rude on several of our visits. My daughter was uncomfortable with them and asked to have me in the room for the evaluations but they refused and decided to perform their exam without a parent present. His staff made very unprofessional comments to my daughter. Then to top it off, they did x-rays without letting me know it wasn't covered even though I asked in advance.
