We had an awful experience here. Arrived 2 minutes late for our appointment but still waited 15 for our consultant, then they switched us to a different consultant and she did not help my cousin (the bride) at all. She helped her into one dress and then disappeared, I ended up helping her into 5 other dresses myself. Then the consultant came back and told me how to properly put the dresses back on the hangers. Manager (didn't catch her name but I will when I pick my things up) was EXTREMELY rude. Very snotty. And very disrespectful. The consultants are all amazing and helped me out so much. I have had two appointments at the Novi Michigan location and each time the same manager is working. 15 minutes into today's appointment she was trying to rush me and my girls out of there. My first appointment she made all of my girls and family move and stand because she was "using the fitting rooms" for others but really they were being used... read more
Was not happy. The manager was very rude and made us feel rushed. Seemed to not want to deal with or do her job. Not impressed at all.
This place was such a joke. Had an appt @ noon, Crystal didn't appear until 15 minutes later. After describing the style I was interested in she asked if I had picked anything out as if it was my job. She returned with ONLY 2 dresses out of their entire collection. She helped me into the first dress (both of which were nothing like I had described) and disappeared. She never came back. Not to see if I even liked either dress or to show me other examples. Waited.on hold for 20 mins just to see if my shoes where in. Waited again just to pick them up.
