We had a 2 o'clock appointment to have the bridesmaids and flower girls fitted for my daughter's wedding in September. Shonna (sp) was our assistant. I received a call this week that my dress had been in for over 30 days & I need to pick it up this week. I was never notified my dress was in. I was told when I ordered & paid for it that it would be in by June 7th & they would call. They never did. I picked it up today & walked to the back to look at shoes. The associate walked by & said (from a distance) your dress is up front when you are ready. You lost a sale on shoes & other items I had planned to purchase.
