David's Bridal in Florence, SC had a great selection of Wedding dresses. This is what we there for. The girl who was waiting on us was attentive, she listened at what we were looking for and found it. It was a very good experience. The store was clean and tidy. I am from Loris, SC and my mother and I went today to find my wedding dress. My appointment was at 12 well just because of the person I am I was late, I didn't get there until 12:30. The consultant that was helping me had an appointment with someone else at 12:30, instead of turning me away she helped both of us at the same time. Regret coming here. This place is full on inexperienced workers with attitude. I went back to try on my wedding dress and no one even assisted me to see if I needed help. Let this be your last choice for a wedding dress and bridesmaid dress.

Horrible experience. Went in with my best friend, who was planning on purchasing 5 bridesmaid dresses, knew exactly which dress we wanted to see, and we were ignored for 30 minutes, browsing on our own. When a saleswoman FINALLY acknowledged us and asked what we wanted, we had the time to say "We're interested in bridesmaid dresses." and nothing more before she told us "Oh, well you're free to browse." This place really made me ill. No matter what I told her that I wanted the consultant could NOT deliver. She brought me everything except what I was looking for and everything looked like trash bags they she gave me. I didn't even use all of my time there. I had an hour and 30 minutes try on dresses. I think I used maybe close to an hour.

Ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses. It was past time when one dress was supposed to arrived so I called the store and was put on hold for 30 minutes, had to call them back only to be put on hold for 10 more minutes. They said one came in and it's been there for 7 days but nobody bothered to call. Other dress arrived at my house stuffed inside a tiny bag , wrinkled so badly. So not impressed with this store. They will never get my business again.

I ordered my Wedding gown in January, I was told it would be here in June. Now I am being told my dress will not be here until the end of July beginning of August! I am getting married in September. Corporate can not help me bc this was an in store order! WORST customer service! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
