I called last weekend to have one of bridesmaid dresses shipped and was told they couldn't talk to me right now because there were customers in the store. My consultant was great..but management is slack and unprofessional!!! They messed up my bridesmaids shoes
I will never give them business again nor will any of my friends & family. Management was highly unprofessional & rude multiple times. Sad thing is a friend of mine went to the one in Columbia & same rude service.

I have been dealing with the Florence location for almost two months now. After finding a dress that I like, I have had a very bad experience three out of four different occasions. After many attempts to complete my dress I am still very unhappy. This will be my final and last time shopping with the Florence location.
