I ordered my bridesmaid's dress on June 1st using their website. I was given a Sept 28th delivery date for an OCT 1st wedding. Once I found out all of the other women had received their dresses in July, I gave the customer service people a call. I was given an updated delivery date of Aug 19th. I was so happy! However, I called again on Aug 21st when I did NOT have my dress delivered like they told me it would. This call made me FURIOUS! I called and they now told me my dress would be coming in OCT 21. Never ever go to Davids Bridal for anything! I've had the worst experience there while going through the adventure of finding my dress. First trip, horrible (in April) The lady who was suppose to help, didn't at all. She didn't ask questions like what I am looking for, price range or anything like that. We looked for my brides maids dresses the same day, we literally had to search the store and find what we wanted while she just stood there not offering help, she didn't put any information in the computer about the color for... read more

Rudest people I have ever met in my life. Horrible experience. Will never go back. Found the perfect dress at For the Bride in Fort Myers, Fl. Wonderful experience there. If you truly want the perfect wedding dress shopping experience then stay away from David's Bridal in Fort Myers, Fl. Employees could certainly use some training in manners and customer service!
If this review was based only on the service I received from Kendrah it would be 5 stars. She was so helpful, kind and considerate to me and every other client she came across. She made an overwhelming experience very relaxing and fun. Unfortunately most of the sale or clearance dresses I found on the DB app were not available to try on. I had Bryan and it was fine until I wanted to actually purchase the dress and then he really rushed me. I have never bought a bridesmaid dress before so I had some questions but I had no time. The size of the dress was concerning for me but I didn't get clear help on that. And I asked him for the exact date in August and he waited until I completed the transaction that it would be sometime mid-August but that doesn't help too much because it says I only have 7 days from that date to pick it up and I am gone the 6-18. Even with an appointment at the Ft Myers location, still had to wait at front desk. Then, as I was trying on MOB dresses, I had to wait on my stylist to be zipped up, get different sizes. She was doing too many other things. Left and went to another place nearby and got the one on one attention I deserve. Thought this might be an isolated incident, but same thing happened to my daughter when she was trying on wedding dresses in Tennessee.
Sales lady was on the phone multiple times while we waited with our cash in hand to make a purchase. Finally we just walked out..... You're making it easy for your competition

I just walked into the store, wasn't greeted by anyone. A few moments later a woman named Alyssa spoke to me. I told her I was just browsing and she said I needed to sign in before I was allowed to browse. I walked around the store for twenty minutes or so and picked out two dresses I liked then Alyssa approached me again in a rude manner telling me that I am not allowed to take dresses off the racks! Worst customer service ever! I drove from Port. Charlotte too!

The first time we visited this location should have been our first clue about how this store would treat us. We were ignored and stood around looking for my sisters wedding dress. We left, and someone only spoke to us as we were walking out the door. We made an appointment for her, which was very nice service. However when we returned to buy my bridesmaid dress, we took a couple off the rack, asked if we could try them on and were told we needed to have a salesperson help us and we could not try them on by ourselves.
