I made an appointment to get bridesmaid dresses months in advance. Today we went there and I was very disappointed with my consultant (if you can even call her that). My maid of honor is from out of town so we HAD a time crunch and this was the only option. I am so frustrated, I bought my dress here and had an amazing time, the lady was great and so sweet and not pushy. I come back two days later, totally different people working and was treated like I wasn't even there. I will never shop at David's Bridal again. I am mother of bride and bought me a corset. The day of wedding it did not fit so the next day went to return w my receipt. $83.00. The sales lady told me I could not return because every sale at David's Bridal is final. She said when u bought it the salesperson should have told u that. Well the salesperson did not tell me that because if she woukd of I would not have bought. It does say on sales receipt at bottom all sales final. I went to David's Bridal in Florence, KY sometime in February and purchased my Wedding dress and had no problems; the woman that helped me was fantastic and knew what she was doing and was a great help. I went shopping with my bridal party on 3/16/14 for bridesmaids' dresses, flower girl dresses and junior bridesmaid dresses and it was the first awful experience I had there.
