My sister is getting married and we went shopping for bridesmaid dresses. We all fell in love with one, but we were told it would take 16 weeks to come in. She is getting married in 4 months so that time frame was cutting it too close. My oldest is having a wedding in oct and my middle and youngest daughter were told that if they did not order the dress right away (within a week) that they would not receive their dresses until the day before the wedding so my daughters both took everything they had to get their dresses ordered . Well guess who got an email saying their dress was in and ready for pick up !! What scammers !!! Go to Ohio and NOT David's Bridal.

Today was my sisters first experience trying on wedding dresses. I recently purchased my wedding dress at Davids Bridal in Florence. My consultant Amanda was amazing she made the first experience for me unbelievably special. My sister wanted to have that same experience. Had an extremely wonderful experience at the Miamisburg, OH store. Stopped into the Florence location to try on a dress for my mom who wasn't with me previously. I was told they could not do that at that time, which I was fine with. My mother and I proceeded just to look at bridesmaid dresses to get ideas. The store manager was quite rude to us, and made us feel as if we weren't even welcomw in the store. She was repeatedly rude and very unprofessional and argumentative. Awful! Unattentive staff, rude managers, not aware of brands or sizes. Ordered my bridesmaids the wrong dresses and didn't fix it, even tried to charge extra to fix the mistake!
Extremely disappointed in the David's Bridal in Florence, KY. Received my satin bridesmaids dress extremely wrinkled. I was told to come back closer to the wedding date and they would steam out all of the wrinkles for me. Went today and was told that the typical steam would not get the wrinkles out and I would need to get the $15 press if I wanted it to look right. Went with my daughter to pick her special dress. Told the sales girl our budget and she puts my daughter in dress $400 over our budget! Of course my daughter LOVED it but we couldn't afford THAT dress while they tried to get her to charge the rest. She wants to get MARRIED not go in debt! And the favorites she chose online..they didn't have. Sadly very disappointed with their service.
