They did a great job helping me find a dress.Got my dress bought, paid to get it altered. Finally go to pick it up after getting adjusted, and it clearly was done very badly or not at all. I call to make a complaint and they said it didn't for because I lost a lot of weight. Lucky me that I am a weightlifter and I weigh myself a lot. So I know, I haven't lost much of anything. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would!!! I had so much go wrong It wont fit in this review so here are the highlights... 1. They ordered the wrong size dress 2. Promised me they could get the right size 3. Never followed up and the correct size didnt come in until 9 days before my wedding 4. Was lied to by MULTIPLE workers throughout my dress issues 5. Up until today, wedding plans have gone great. Very disappointed in the sales lady at David's Bridal in Orland Park this afternoon. In need of a dress slip and went there to get one. Tried one on and it fit perfect. After she got it bagged up for me to go up ro the front and pay for it, she tells me they normally have to order them but I needed one today. The associates at this location were very helpful and great to work with. Unfortunately, I will never recommend using David’s bridal as a company. A bridesmaid part of the bridal party was sent the wrong colored dress. The tags match the rest of the dresses exactly; however the color is clearly not the same. We reached out to the store and to corporate only to be bounced around like a ping pong ball from person to person. RecommendedI went in to try on a gown so my mom could see me in a wedding gown before she may pass away. She is 85 with Alzheimers. I am a plus size and was paired with another plus size stylist Chaqera. She was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you David's Bridal for Quality Customer Service

Don’t waste your time shopping here. The stylist showing us dresses was great. Her name was Paige. The manager, Theresa, was beyond incompetent. She condescendingly told Paige to “move faster. Customers like this (us) can never make up their minds...” RIGHT IN FRONT OF US, THE CUSTOMERS, 30 MINUTES INTO OUR APPOINTMENT!! RecommendedI highly recommend getting dresses from here! All of the staff was super friendly, let my bridesmaid and I look around multiple times and try on without appointments. They weren't pushy and they were all super nice! I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bridesmaid dress! 10/10.

My entire experience with David's has been nothing short of a horrendous nightmare and I was willing to roll with the nonsense up until yesterday when I was left crying ugly tears in your alterations fitting room.
