The only way I would recommend anyone to this store would be to see Melissa. She is patient, calm, attentive and genuinely cares about your experience. I went in with my mom for an appointment that I had scheduled online. When we got there we were greeted,checked in,and asked if we could use the washroom. I had the the worst experience here! The consultant was taken care of more than one person at a time! They didn't even have a consultant for me when it was my appointment time! I don't think I was treated very fairly and very good at this facility! It was the worst experience I had
Rushed experience would not recommend for wedding gown but yes for bridesmaids dresses
When you think of shopping for wedding dresses you think it should be fun, exciting, etc., and bridal shops should be prepared for that. But here I'll list out why ours was not. 1. When I came to check in for my appointment I was ignored and wasn't even greeted with a "hello be right with you" Finally after waiting 10 min and also having to wait in the check out line I was helped. 2. Worst experience the lady would not listen to what I needed or wanted
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at David's Bridal in Orland Park earlier tonight, which was a huge shock since I have had several positive experiences shopping for my own wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and special occasion dresses. My sister in law made a profile online, chose short engagement picture dresses as well as long bridal gowns ahead of time, and made an appointment. I have now had 2 different terrible experiences with David's Bridal. The first was a year ago when I was planning my own wedding and went there for my bridesmaids dresses. My juniors bridesmaid was measured and fitted for a custom dress since she was smaller than all my other bridesmaid. So since the dress was made specifically for her, you would expect the dress to fit perfectly. That however was not the case. The dress we ended up with was about 2 sizes too small.
