I received a post from a very good friend who just bought her dress at David's only to read she was treated badly. Does staff not realize they are there to make the bride's experience one to remember? If they are having a bad day before work they need to leave it at the door when they start to work. If I had been her I probably would have told the person what she could do with the dress. But that is okay I believe in Karma.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We had 2 appointments today and received 0 help!!! The bride was barely helped. They brought her 3 dresses and never came back. When it came to the bridesmaids not one person helped! Not one!!!
Well as much as we were looking forward to this occasion customer service was not as good as expected... dresses were in wrong places and mismarked.. then they have a sign saying they honor military discount but they only do with a bunch of exclusions.. wouldn't recommend this location personally.
I had an apt today and they took forever to come get me then the girl at the front told me to stop pulling dresses that it was the stylist job to pick dresses for me I told her I knew which dresses I wanted to try on which is why I pulled them. We went to the Davids Bridal in the Chicago area. Because the Davids Bridal in the Quad Cities on Elmore Ave, the employees there were very rude to my niece. She had an appointment and went in to try on gowns. My niece is not a large girl but she is no size 9. We are talking about a girl who is size 12 to 14 depending on the cut of the dress. they rushed her along was not in the least attentive to her.
My wife ordered bridal dress thru David's bridal in Orland first problem they order the wrong dress then they fix it an order then wrong color an tell us after that they don't make them in the color we requested worst experience ever.
The customer service was good. The sales person was focused on my daughters wants and needs. She could try on as many dresses as she wanted until the one she knew was for her. She said yes to the dress and we both cried!
