Absolutely the worst service ever! My daughter got a wedding dress and 5 bridesmaids dresses and was treated horrible by the staff. Totally understaffed and no care at all! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not a very good experience, my consultant Elaine seemed very pushy because I didn't like any of the dresses she picked out. But she clearly had my online profile printed out with the dresses I liked. Of course they only had one of the dresses in a size 12 I'm a 14 so that didn't work. Also she didn't ask or help my bridemaids find anything and when I didn't say "Yes to the Dress" our consultant ELaine was really pissed. So I will not be going back.
This is the 3rd time going to a Davids store. This is my 2nd time at this store. They are notorious for ignoring certain people. I went in because my fiancé and I won a wedding from the Willis tower and we would be on the news. I did not have an appointment and explained to them that I needed a gown in 10 days. Furthermore I explained that I was shopping on a budget. My consultant brought 3 dresses, 2 which were prom dresses. They were all ugly, in my opinion. They were overbooked, i had no one helping me until i had pretty much found my dress thanks to my mother-in-law. And even when someone came towards the very end of my appointment they kept disappearing. What was really the point of an appointment? And when i first got there they had to reprint my info for me to fill out.

Brides! Save yourself some trouble and headaches and don't go here! I went here to get my bridesmaid dresses and its been nothing but trouble. Every time, myself or a bridesmaid has to deal with Davids Bridal, there has been an issue. Some issues have been small, but others are hard to forget.
