The staff at the front desk ignored our existence as if we were invisible. It was never explain that even though the dress was purchased only 3 months previously they would not honor a return.
First appointment was a great experience found my daughter's wedding dress. Ordered her dress when it came in and we went to pick it up was a not so good experience. It seemed like it was an inconvenience to the employees for her to try on the dress when she went to pick out the bridesmaid's dresses the same service.... she's had to deal with them a couple other times needless to say we will be going elsewhere for alterations and avoiding any other dealings with a place that has such poorly customer service.
