My consultant "Amanda" refused to wait on me :( She really took what was going to be a special day and made me feel that I was less than worthy because of my appearance. The only reason I'm giving a review is because the girl who worked at the front making the appointments tried really hard to get me help. I wish she had been a bridal consultant
A bunch is sorrys is what they can do for us. We had an appointment and were seen pretty much on time. Our lady was nice but she was helping a drive at the same time so maybe that's why she wasn't able to focus on what we had asked her for. I had mocked up what I wanted my wedding party to look like. Out of the hour and a half of my appointment time the attendant was there for maybe 15 minutes. She absolutely wanted nothing to do with me. Honestly, for a "special day" it was absolutely not special and ruined my experience. I'll pay more somewhere else or figure it out online... that was terrible. Would not recommend...
I went with no appointment and they treated me like a princess. This was a great experience I would recommend to anyone. Thanks David bridal customer service was awesome!!!
It's a great place to get dresses but do NOT order from the one in Oregon. My wedding gown is now lost.
My daughter and I went Davids Bridal in Fresno CA about 6 months ago. The sales person and her manager Teresa Oaxaca insisted that the dress had to be ordered several months ahead of time. They performed measurements, and said the dress would fit and if it didn't that we could return the dress or have it altered. Yesterday my daughter and I went to get the dress altered per the sales persons recommendation and were told the dress couldn't be altered to fit and that it was now discontinued and couldn't be returned.
