In all of my experiences with David's bridal (for 3 different occasions at 2 different stores) there's always something incorrect with the ordering process, or a rude salesperson. My last experience was to order a dress for my brother's wedding and it took me 2 hours in the store and on the phone with his local store to order the dress. The dress was ordered 3 times (and I was charged for it) and refunded twice. One of the sales associates asked my now sister-in-law if she was pregnant and then went on to say that she had a few pounds to lose to look appropriate in her dress. Thankfully my sister-in-law is the type to brush things off and frankly, she looks fabulous in anything she wears (and was absolutely gorgeous at her wedding) but I don't really consider body shaming an appropriate response from a salesperson.
I hate david bridal...they are rude and they really didnt help me find a wedding dresses!
Customer service is not great in this store. Don't dare go to even look without an appointment. You will wait until they feel like helping you.
