Octavia is the best consultant ever ! I came in for my wedding dress a few weeks ago with my sister. I had an idea of what I was looking for and Octavia just got me. I had visited other bridal shops in McAllen and was not impressed with the majority of them. Even though others carried high end designer dresses, my first initial experience with the other shops was overall feeling overwhelmed. Too many dresses stuffed together in dimly lit stores is not for me. David’s Bridal has a fantastic layout, uncluttered and well lit (as in lighting) at their store and the dressing rooms have enough room for the bride and her dresses. That’s it. Had my fitting there for alterations today and I finally have the dress I've been dreaming about! The alterations lady (I didn't get her name) was extremely helpful and caring and really helped me envision the changes. The team all gathered around and commented how I looked like a princess which made me feel great!! Disappointed in the price of $450 for some pretty basic alterations to a $700 dress that was ordered in to my size, but the staff were great otherwise.
