She was always available, always returned our calls the same day (within hours) ... I don't even know where to start with how extremely impressed and satisfied my husband and I are with Dawn and her team at CS California Capital. We were interested in buying a home and had a little money. We had no idea where to start. We didn't know anyone in lending and a few referrals we received from friends didn't pan out. When it came time to refinancing the house, 15 years later, I reached out Dawn to ... I was first introduced to Dawn back in 2001 by my real estate agent, when I purchased my second house. She has helped me and my parents in the past. Dawn is the "Yoda" of all things mortgage loans and approvals. I've heard people say," Hey if you need a loan person, I can hook you up."
