We have worked with Dawn for years. We recently refinanced our house with Dawn but it was a complicated refinance because of our background. Dawn was amazing!! She was very thorough, prompt and helpful. Over the years, Dawn has always given me feedback whenever I have asked a question or needed assistance. Recently Dawn helped process our new home loan. Dawn began helping us when she was out of town on vacation. My wife and I learned we were expecting and needed a home soon. One of the most important things to me during the process of purchasing a home was knowing the status of each step. Dawn and her team are exceptional communicators. I didn't have to call to ask what was going on because they kept me informed each step of the process. In addition, everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly.
