Elisa was very professional and did a great job helping us find a home in North Andover. We were very satisfied with her knowledge of the local area and flexibility to be available when homes we were interested in can onto the market. We would definitely contact her in the future if we decide to get into the market again.

I highly recommend going with Nicole when you're looking for a new home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and she was always prepared to not only answer them but break down all the options and reasons in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole searching and buying process much easier, scheduling viewings and walkthroughs in ways that we could easily tackle a few in a day without rushing and plenty of time to take in the area and ask any questions I needed to. Yesterday, Nicole sold our first home and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. Before I committed to listing with Nicole, she would answer emails at all hours while I still attempted to list my house as “for sale by owner” (huge mistake). Elisa helped me and my husband through the very complicated process of buying land on which we plan to build our dream home. I was a first time home buyer and Nicole was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available for questions and would get back to me immediately. She also was very patient and willing to give her opinion, but would leave the final decisions up to you and not push you into something that you didn't want to do.
