Just moved in a month ago and have been loving it here. I spoke with just about everyone in the leasing office throughout the move. I have to say that I was very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for the residents, it was a big part of choosing to move here. Additionally, Rudy took care of two work orders incredibly quickly. He was very courteous and did the job perfectly. A+ staff all around! Would definitely recommend this community!

Just moved in last month. I've spoken with everyone in the leasing office throughout the move, it was easy to see every single one of them is passionate about their work and truly care about their residents. Their professionalism, communication, and patience was a big factor in moving here. This is an A team staff! Additionally, I had two work orders that were handled by Rudy, he was very polite, took care of both in less than a day and did the job perfectly. Very happy with choosing this property!

10/10 recommend! I've recently moved from Seattle to Austin and everything has gone so smoothly thanks to the amazing Debut SoCo team. Sierra, Brenda, and Abigail are amazing! The whole team is very friendly, very accommodating and super understanding to last minute urgent requests!

The leasing process and staff have been exceptional. After assessing all other properties in the general S Congress and S Lamar areas, this property was the clear winner. In terms of location, price, amenities/finishes, and square footage it hit every mark. Notably, Sergio and Megan went out of their way to accommodate my multiple last minute viewing requests and appeased all of my questions/concerns, and did so very promptly within my very limited time frame. I have loved living at the Davis Soco for a year. The new management team has been doing a great job! I see a lot of improvements to the property and the office staff is very friendly. Cheers to another year!

I've enjoyed living at the Davis for almost two years now. The pool and amenities are top notch, and most all neighbors are cool and easy to get on with. Management has changed recently, and there are a bunch of improvements happening to the facilities. Management is understanding too, when clear lines of communication are open. Highly recommended, as long as you are cool and easy to get along with.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. We found mold in our 2-bedroom apartment. The complex stalled for months in fixing it, and we could not use that bedroom during that time. The mold was all over the closets and restroom, and they never did a test to confirm whether it was toxic, as they constantly ignored our requests. They took over 1 week to remove the mold, and we could not use the bedroom during that time. We asked for a reduction in rent or some sort of repayment for the time we were not able to use the room. Agents and locators protect your clients and steer clear of this property, I recently helped a client moved into this place and was told that locator fee was a whopping $250 compared to other complexes paying 100-125% of one month's rent while I was going back and forth with asking for my compensation and was given a run around, and to this day I still haven't gotten paid and it's been 4-5 months.
