If I could give them 0 stars I would. The new property management company (Kairoi) is extremely incompetent and is too hyper focused on amenity upgrades that they ignore serious issues with security and safety for the residents. Whether it's overnight on call emergency help lines not working/responding or a system wide shut down of key fobs and garage gates in the middle of the night that leave those residents unlucky enough to go outside stranded and forced to sleep in their vehicles since they can't get into the building... read more

I lived at the Davis last year and had a terrible experience that seems to persist this year, according to current residents. This is my first yelp review, so i'm sure you get the point of how terrible this place is. Most importantly, theres no safety/security measures and there is a high chance your vehicle will be broken into or have its tires stolen. Just this last weekend, around 8 residents had their tires stolen/car broken into, one being a friend. Their vehicle has since been broken into 3 more times since the weekend... read more
