Maintenance/Management is subpar 1.) The parking garage is on the OTHER side of the complex from my apartment which makes for a 3 minute walk. I thought parking downstairs would be a shortcut, but because of the way the stairwells are set up forget about it. 2.) My water heater has not been able to provide hot water for more than 5-10 minutes since the day I moved in.
