RecommendedWe recently renewed our lease here and really enjoy the Davis SoCo property. Management( Mallory and Dey, Sloan and Dom) and staff have been excellent to work with and have been helpful and friendly addressing any requests and issues we may have had. 5 stars will follow once we see the new replaced light poles around the pool operable. Thank you all.
RecommendedI love the place. I won't give . 5 just because there is always room for improvement, but there has been an upgrade in management since we became the Davis. Good customer care and better resident portal. It's all been pretty good.
