This place will give you ptsd from living in an apartment. The level of incompetence from management is outrageous. The entire complex is full of dog feces and urine. The dog parks are FULL of mounds of feces. None of the residents pick up after their dogs and management holds nobody accountable. Worst living experience I have ever had. For the love of god. Welcome to Hell We originally moved into Debut Soco into an apartment on the 1st floor and had so many issues with the tenants above us which management was unable to resolve. Management at the time, advised breaking our lease wasn't an option even though living below the 2nd floor tenant, was unbearable. The only option was to sign a new lease and move to the 4th floor. They host a lot of random events, but thye don't enforce policies about cleanliness and common spaces. Hallways, stairwells, etc. frequently have pet waste in them. Maintenance is fairly responsive when you have an issue, but for the price they are charging, there are nicer/newer places just on the other side of Ben White.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I have had a terrible experience living here so far. My car was stolen FROM THE GATED GARAGE 2 weeks after I moved in. They refused to cooperate with the police until they were accused of withholding evidence after my car was stolen. On top of that I have had a multitude of issues concerning possible mold growing with no response from the complex managers, a water leak from the ceiling which was just painted over without treating the water damage, as well as dealing with rude and dismissive managers (ES... read more

I do not recommend the Debut SoCo apartments. I have lived here for about a month and a half and have already submitted 6 service requests. Some being, water leak in ceiling, cockroach infestation, AC not working on multiple occasions, etc. I'm paying almost $2,000 a month for a tiny 650 SF apartment and have had nothing but the worst experience. Run like the plague. Cars consistently get broken into, it takes a week and a half to get any hot water restored to your apartment and packages always get stolen because there's no security or cameras on site. Find a better place to pay $2,000+ dollars a month to rent.

Not a safe place. My truck was locked up and broken into a week ago right in front of the Leasing Office. There's a camera at the entrance to the garage that would've caught the entire thing but Leasing Office Manager says the camera doesn't work.
