Overpriced and smells For the price they charge, the property management company doesn't maintain the property. There's frequently trash around the building, and entire sections of the building smell like pet waste because tenants don't pick up after their pets.

I’m begging you, DON’T LIVE HERE Worst place ever. No security, not safe at all. Don’t even bother. Over priced, leaking roof that never gets fixed. Maintenance awful and management is so poor. If you’re a girl, don’t even bother living here. It’s 2 feet from the creepiest strip club. For anyone else, don’t live here if you don’t want your stuff stolen. Even in the gated garage where you think you’d be safe, you’re not. Cars, mopeds, and bikes stolen. No security, most doors broken. Management does nothing at all. Over price... read more

Verified Renter This has been one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. It is just a glossy image for the website, but once you scratch the surface the shabby quality of all the apartment features become immediately apparent.

Trash apartments The fire alarms go off every couple of weeks, things get stolen out of the garage but they never change the gate code, way too expensive, a lot of the gates are busted or don't require a key so it's not really a gated community (which matters because it's across the street from a strip club). Poor communication with management I left the Davis after living there for two years. They are nice apartments that are now completely poorly ran. They have changed companies and now there is little to no communication available with management. When I had any apartment issues or questions, they never respond to calls or emails. You can go into the office but never get a straight answer or someone that knows how to help because they are constantly changing staff. Dishonest & Lack of Integrity The apartment complex has owed me $250 since 9/22/2017 and have yet to return the money. I have made 5 phone calls. I have spoken to Melissa, Sloan, a guy who has answered my call twice and another leasing agent; all who have assured me that it’s being worked on or sent or applied at Headquaters to send out. Unfortunate how they treat their residents We have been trying to resolve issues with a flood we had back in October. We couldn't live in our apartment for around two weeks while our walls were cut open to dry them out. They never replaced our carpets that were soaked in the flood and they charged us full rent despite us not being able to live in our apartment.
