Had a great experience from beginning to end. DEC handled every part of my insurance claim. Michael H****** assisted with the filing of the claim and perfectly laid out the entire process. Our project manager, Dylan, did exactly what he promised. My home was well taken care of. I felt confident through the whole process that DEC would finish the job correctly and on time.

Alabama APCO would like to express our sincere gratitude to Shelby County 9-1-1 and to DEC for our most recent venue that was sponsored by them! The Shelby County 9-1-1 housed the meeting in their spacious Community Room and worked extra hard to make sure that the 80 attendees were comfortable and taken care of the entire day. The facilities and the management there were very helpful in getting out extra chairs and tables for the training session and it was very much appreciated by everyone.
DEC Water and Fire Restoration came and set up their trailer and cooked the most amazing lunch for everyone. They had hot off the grill hamburgers & hot dogs with all of the trimmings. They even provided desserts! Then at the end of the luncheon they brought in a large tray of all of the above fore the evening shifts at Shelby County 9-1-1 personnel that did not get to attend the conference training. It could not have been a better day!
Sometimes a simple “Thank You” just doesn’t do justice for the extra hard work and efforts that are put into a meeting like we had last week. However, let it be said that Alabama APCO was very impressed with the generosity and the hard work on both of these two agencies and wanted to express our appreciation!
