I had a plumber at my house on April 29th, who very quickly called DEC (as you will see others reviewers have shared a similar experience). DEC came out, and Tyler was the sales rep. Tyler was very kind, reassured me about different parts of the process, and made me feel less reluctant to go with the company my plumber so hurriedly called. Not honest. Stay far away.Be careful when they involve other crafts. Said our claim would cover both then took all the money for half the work.
Don't use them,they lie and don't finish the work.After they get paid they won't return calls or do the work they promised.
DO NOT USE!!! Please read before hiring this company. They ruined my kitchen cabinets during the mitigation process (which were perfectly fine before they began). After bringing it to their attention they told me there was no way they could've caused the damage and weren't responsible for any repairs and would not provide their insurance information so I could file a claim. Have not been able to get anyone on the phone to continue discussing this matter since.
We had a house fire in September of 2016. (please note that it is now February 2018) The last time I even had contact with anyone from the Oxford office was in September of 2017, when I was told there would be a follow up about the leaky roof that was less than a year old. Still waiting on that call... By the way, the roof now has leaked in yet another spot. Did I mention that this is supposed to be the new roof? Work was not completed. DEC never paid the flooring subcontractor, so he refuses to finish the work. We were charged $650 to have a temp tarp placed on our roof
