Scott put on my permanent crown and it feels great. It was a fast visit, and everyone was enjoyable.
Wait times are minimal, time in the chair was quick, and the staff is great. Doctor Decker is excellent at what he does.
From the front office to the back office this place rocks. A lot of people believe that you have to go to the big city to get the great dental service. This place proves that even a small town can give you the kind of care that you get in the big city with the personal service that you get only from a small community. Enumclaw is a great place to live and I wished I had found this place 40 years ago!
My wife and I have been using Dr. Decker as our dentist since he started his practice in Enumclaw. Our experience has been nothing less than stellar. You know you are with friends who care from the moment you enter the office. Dr. Decker has on several occasions had to respond to emergency dental needs and was happy to do so. Everyone on his staff is friendly and treats you with respect. I can't say enough good about Dr. Decker and the staff who supports him. It is truly a positive experience to go there.
Our first visit at Dr. Deckers office was a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the front desk staff who were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our Dental Techs were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Our exams with Dr. Decker were extensive and we felt when we left that we had a great experience. We have already scheduled our next appointments.
As always your staff was wonderful and the visit was as good as a visit to the dentist can be. I wonder though, I write these reviews, but there is never any acknowledgement. Does anybody actually read them?
It is always good to see Scott improve on his skills, as I believe he has reached expert status! That was the most relaxed and efficient visit I have had. The injection was not felt at all and the speed at which he completed my filling was awesome. I had no sensitivity on the tooth and the bite was perfect, thanks so much!
Dr. Decker is always kind, professional, and knowledgable with myself and my two children. The kids enjoy going to his office and the hygenist and assistant that clean their teeth are as sweet as can be. We are long-time patients. Other members of my family go to Dr. Decker as well and enjoy their experience.
