My appointment went well. I was treated with respect and felt they cared.
It was one of the best visits I've had. Dr. Decker has a great staff taking care of his patients. Had to have front dental work, the assistant (sorry, I don't know your official title and don't want to disrespect you) was so cautious I never even felt the first novacain shot! And the rest of the work...no pain...until now. Having some pain in the area next to my work. Will have to call on Monday.
Shelly is my favorite hygienist of all time. She does her best to be pain free and is a sweet and friendly person.
Overall I am happy with the treatment I receive at Dr. Decker's office however, this time I felt the hygienist wasn't as gentle as the hygienist I have seen in the past. There were a couple of times during my cleaning that the hygienist was hurting my mouth. Either by pressing too hard or being a little rough.
Outstanding Dental Practice. Dr. Decker and his entire staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Decker is the best dentist I have ever had. The dental and periodontal care is superb. Dr. Decker and his staff have my complete trust and confidence and have my strongest personal recommendation to anyone looking for the finest care in a Dental Practice.
The temporary dental hygenist (Hadu?) did an excellent job, wasy very professional and very personable. A great experience overall.
Always prompt, friendly and my kid doesn't mind going because he gets coins for toys!
