I have been happy with my dental care , and associates make it a pleasant experience as they are all friendly and courteous.
Everything was great! Shelley did a great job cleaning the plaque off. Dr. Scott was personable and thorough in his examination (and just fun to visit with). And Bonnie was very helpful and gracious in scheduling my next appointment, and getting the bill paid.
As always, the receptionist were very friendly, very couteous, and very helpful. My dental hygienist was very friendly and professional. Very cautious and caused me no pain at all. Listened to me when I spoke and provided me polite courteous directions, when she needed to. Dr. Decker was extremely polite and informative, providing me with directions to better care for my teeth. All in all, a great dental team.
I was treated very well and the Dr. explained what he was going to do. A comfortable experience with little or no discomfort.
I don't enjoy going to the dentist at all. However, getting my teeth cleaned was a pleasant experience. Upon entering the room, my hands were cleansed and then dipped in wax. Mitts were put over my hands and I had them on during the entire time my teeth were being cleaned. My teeth and HANDS felt great when I left. Everyone in the office was courteous and pleasant and I was treated with respect.
I appreciated Shelley coming in early to work with my schedule. Thank you!!
