I recently purchased a 2020 Honda insight touring model. It was by far the best sales experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone was respectful and I never felt pressured into a price or a purchase. Everyone I met with it Delray Honda was a pleasure to work with.

Frankie Lena was excellent with me very informative very honest and nice I leased a new Honda Accord sport it was a wonderful experience he made everything so comfortable for me it was so good I’m gonna tell everybody I know how great it was and they deserve the business they’re the nicest people there

Sales and financing experiences were both outstanding. Sales and finance staff were both outstanding during the entire transaction. The vehicle purchased was more than I expected which encouraged me to finalize the purchase . Problems with emails being blocked and communicating with management staff. Had another vehicle serviced and the mechanic repaired more than I approved which was added to the bill. Instead of forcing me to pay the bill the service manager took off the charges. Excellent - Socially Distant - Experiernce We were able to shop, discuss, negotiate, test drive, and buy all while socially distant! We did it through text, phone calls, and even the dealer bringing the car to our house. They were communicative, responsive, and fair. Great experience. In the future, I’d like to be able to shake a hand at the end, but otherwise, this was a perfect car buying experience.
