I want to commend Mike Young for his exceptional service, he was both knowledgeable and courteous. Mike was able to accommodate my service in a prompt and timely manner. I appreciate how friendly Mike was as I’m an out of town. Honda owner and not familiar with the area.

Sales person was excellent and gave detailed quote via email prior to appointment and then honored the quote. However, like all car dealerships, the finance person solicited fake dealer fees of $834 more than the quote given by sales person requiring me to walk out of dealership before the salesperson was able to eliminate the false charges and ultimately close the deal.
