Exceptional Experience Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, starting with my rep, Jeffrey Hernandez and then Travis Collin and Kelly regarding a trade-in for a new 2020 Accord to replace my 2017 lease. Travis brought out the car and explained the car controls that differed from those on my old car. Joe for working on the paperwork and Gilberto handling the insurance update with State Farm. The car was then delivered, spotless and with a full tank of gas. All-in-all a great experience.
