Superior customer service experience Besides being friendly and positive, Michael has strong communication skills. He explained clearly and in as much depth as I needed, what the issues were with my aging Honda. I felt he really cared about helping me get my car back into great running condition. I liked his sense of humor and appreciated his recommendations for future upkeep of my car.
